Booking Policy

Your appointments and wellbeing are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur that may require some schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least a 24-hour notice.

Our Policy:

-All bookings are non-refundable

- Any rescheduling made less than 24 hours in advance may result in a cancellation fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 50% of the reserved services.

- If you “no-show” for your appointment, you will be charged a fee equal to 100% of your scheduled services.

- In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services..

We have the right to decline any service for any service provider who feels uncomfortable servicing a client.

Do not bring any children or additional guests unless they are also being serviced.
